Welcome to the home page of the 5th Virginia Company D! Historically, we were members of the famed Stonewall Brigade under Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson, Army of Northern Virginia. We fought from the beginning of hostilities in '61 until the surrender of the ANV at Appomattox Court House in '65. We fought in every major battle that the Army of Northern Virginia had a role in.

Our unit is currently seeking new members. We are a brand new unit based out of West Virginia, though we will accept members in other areas. We are a company that believes in doing a true representation of a Civil War Unit, and if that's what you want to do, the make this your living history home! We are a family-oriented unit and welcome any and all family members, no matter what their age. We believe in having fun as well as doing a true representation of the 5th Virginia Infantry and are willing to help anyone interested in joining us to get started. If you LOVE history and would love to LIVE history, come join us. 

For those of you who are not interested in a Confederate Impression you may join our alternative Federal Impression, the 13th West Virginia Infantry, Company F.  I hope to see you in one of our 2 impressions!
